The base for this design was created before a past Saint Patrick’s Day. It was intended to add to my collection of Irish Pride designs.
My idea was to make a larger clover design out of many smaller ones. It didn’t turn out very good and it wasn’t easy to make out the larger shamrock. I added the outline to help out with this, but I still wasn’t completely happy with the results.
Despite a lack of complete confidence in it, the design sold really well for me. I decided to finally update the design to look better on darker t-shirts (I previously had a completely separate design with a white background) and better integrate my logo. With the semi transparent logo and the white halo to help on dark t-shirts, I’m finally happy with the result.
Starting a new tradition, I’ve also added this Shamrock Outline With Many Smaller Ones Inside to my Zazzle store. A last little bit of info is that I’m not Irish, but I have many friends who are, so go ahead and impress your friends with this piece of Irish heritage.
